The Core components in GH currently only support DataTrees if Mass Customization is enabled.
The Core components in GH run asynchronously so that it does not block GH execution. However this may cause some weird behavior.
macOS comes with some limitations. If you run the server directly, you will not see the feedback from the Terminal - the icon will just continue bouncing towards the bottom of your screen. You need to run the “Launch PRC” shortcut included in the installer. Autostart is available since version 1.527 and launches PRC in a terminal window like the shortcut.

The macOS DMG installer is only built for ARM CPUs (M1+). If you want to run it on an Intel-based Mac, it should be possible to launch the developer version via the command dotnet PRC.Server.dll
Note that the current version of Parametric Robot Control provides a certificate that not only works on 127.0.0.1 and localhost, but also on the following IP addresses:
